- Proficient in change management tools, including process definition, analysis and improvement, flow charting, SPC, benchmarking, root cause analysis, and organizational assessments.
- Thorough understanding of various improvement guides and methodologies, such as the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), CMM, six sigma, CPI, reengineering, and PDCA.
- Proficient in team development and facilitation, including the use of style surveys such as Myers-Briggs (MBTI) to determine team roles. Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in the design and administration of measurement instruments, and the analysis of survey data. Experienced in writing survey reports describing company strengths and weaknesses, with recommendations for improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Access. Proficient in use of research databases, including LexusNexus, Emerald, and PsychInfo.
